The company has experienced tremendous growth since 2012 — their staff has grown and moved space twice! In 2013-14, and 2016-18, JTIP has invested a total of $1,001,185 and created 96 jobs to help Lavu keep up with the increased volume of new business.
Lavu was the very first restaurant point-of-sale system for the iPad in the App Store, and has grown tremendously to become the largest mobile point-of-sale system for restaurants in the world.
They have thousands of clients in over 80 countries and have also accepted a $15 million investment from Aldrich Capital Partners, the largest Series-A investment for technology in New Mexico history. In 2016, Lavu announced a partnership with PayPal that would provide establishments with industry-leading rates. Lavu’s growth has increased rapidly, a trend they expect to continue. Lavu looks forward to more growth, more innovation, and more empowerment of restaurateurs.
